i got sleeved 10/12 on 10/26 i signed up for personal training 3 x a week. best decision i have ever made besides getting sleeved of course. i work out 3 times a week with a personal trainer usually 2 days during week and on saturday morning. i go right after work i take my gym bag to change at the locker room from work to gym gear. although i would agree after work i am mentally drained i just want to go home and shower i push through and go straight to the gym ive been consistent with it for over 2 months now and i feel amazing

congrats! I had surgery October 12th im getting ready to return to work on the 27th. started working out with a personal trainer since im shedding weight quickly. obviously no abdominal workouts till my doctor says so. im glad to have foudn you all we can support each other in this new journey one of my problems is drinking Isopure its the most grossest thing ever!!!! does not sit well in me. makes me want to puke.

I haven't had any Bowel movement at all. Is that normal?

I stopped smoking exactly 1 month before sugery I did opt out for a vape pen used for a few days with time I used it less. I am 7 days post op and I have no urge to smoke a cigarette or the vape pen

Tomorrow I make 1 week since sugery I have been able to have 4 oz of clear liquid and full liquid but when it comes to water I feel it's such a challenge has any one gone through that. Is there and tips to help me drink more water?
