    I agree- I somehow thought I thought doing such a major thing would change my motivation to permanently eat healthy. But then I remember all the times I was motivated and then slipped into old habits 3 weeks later. I think it is going to be a lifetime struggle

    Yep- it is falling out, just showers of it. I feel like people might think I am gross because I am always picking it off my clothes, arms and chest. But not bald yet!!!
