  3. Can't believe the time has come and the foooood has stopped. I have started my liquid diet today and must say the premier protein shakes from Costco are not too bad. I loaded up on steak and salad the last week as I know these are foods I may not be able to tolerate after surgery...diary of a foodie I know. I start at 330 lbs and have a goal of Onederland. My life will be forever changed and I am ready for that change. I am ready to feel comfortable in my own skin. I am ready to be able to ride an airplane and not worry if the seatbelt will fit. I am ready to ride bumper boats and go carts with my son And not feel ashamed that I am over the weight limit. I am posting my picture today so I may have it as a reminder of what I will not go back to. I may be reaching out for encouragement and advice as I head into this journey please bare with me as I learn the next chapter of my life[emoji4]
  4. What kind of protein shakes did you ladies find were the best?
  5. Thank you everyone for the advice. Every little bit helps!!!
  6. I've started my journey towards surgery. Sort of scary and nervous of the unknown. Had orientation and ready to start my 6 months of Preventure that my insurance requires in order to get them to cover the surgery I feel like the 6 months are going to drag on but also look at it as a positive to start practicing habits for when the surgery day does come. So far I have limited carbonated drinks to slim to none and started sipping Water and tea instead of slurping it down out of a straw. Still can't get thru meals without drinking...this one is going to be hard for me. I would like recommendations in Protein shakes and Multivitamins...I hate burping up Vitamins all day long so would like a good liquid or other possibilities... Any advice wood be appreciated!
