  1. Had surgery at 8 this morning. Doing ok so far. Incision site ok but shoulders are sure hurting from the gas. But I get to go home in a few hours!
  2. Good luck to everyone who is having the sleeve tomorrow, the 19th. 8:00 am for me ATX. Looking forward to a new me!!!

  4. I getting sleeved on Monday the 19th in Austin. Be glad to have a buddy to share this experience with.
  5. Getting close to my surgery date - October 19th. Is a blender necessary for the different stages of the post-op diet? What one would you recommend?
  6. Mine is Oct 19th in TX. Start the 2 weeks pre-op diet tomorrow - mainly protein and veggies - very few carbs. Then 2 days prior - liquids. I am like everyone else nervous / excited to start this journey to a new me.
