  1. I would not tell your friends if you can change that. Pretend you are losing weight on your own. Mexico is where I went and I was fine. Better care than I ever expected.
  2. My nitritionist said it was OK to eat for a special lunch I had but to make it Atkins meal. Protein and veggies only. It worked and I list pre..op. unless you are 2 days from surgery then you'll need to stick to liiquids. Good luck
  3. I'm scheduled for October 8th I started the 2 day pre-op diet and super excited and nervous all wrapped up in one!! 2 more days!!!!
  4. Surgery went great! I felt excellent afterwards. Starting weight on surgery day was 178. Down 10 pounds. I can only take sips of Water and a tad of Protein water. It doesn't sit well if I were to gulp and if I do get too much liquid in my mouth I have to spit it out in another cup. This is something that will take time. I'm still happy I did this.
