  5. I went to BJ also, only brought B-12 vitimans and I brought calcium chews from K-mart had reward points and on sale. The vitamin shoppe is where I went to get everything else. They have a brand called baritric support for your multivitamins. I also purchase iron chewables. My protien (Nectar Brand on sale). They run a different special every month on different items.

  8. If you are a tea lover the Nectar Tea with Lemon is great...the smell not so good...but the taste is good...Vitamin Shoppe has packets of different kind you can try. Before buying the pounds.

  17. Hi, new to the forum and this thread goes back to 2011 the same year I got my lap-band. Got that removed May of this year 2015 and now I can finally say I'm a gastric sleeve patient as of October 9, 2015.
  18. At the hospital and the Dr. is just came in talk 2 me and left. Just waiting a little longer and I will be in and out. Will post when when I'm feeling better

  21. Hi, I see some people from Maryland @skepshick and @@simply.me.vsg Dr. Singh at St. Agnes put my lap band on July 2011. I got that remove by my new Doc Dr. Gandsas. He's located At AAMC in Annapolis I'm on the last week of my liquid diet..things are going by fast now..It's started slow...but it's picking up my date is Friday the 9th...There are a lot of pre-op diets from different Dr's..put a hard boiled egg in your salad thats protein..the next day is a new day..have faith and continue on....

Hey, I can definitley related had my band removed May 1st and had a couple more classes to go and finished last one in late August and my surgery date is October 9th.Started 2 week pre-op diet last Thurs. and my pre-op appt is on thurs. Yes and this is my first time post or replying. I'm nervous but excited. You will be fine. Know a couple of people who got the surgery and haven't heard about any leaks. Let your Dr. know about your concerns.
