  2. I am still felling bad when I eat, but looking so much healthier! This was May 24, 2015 This was today
  3. I had gotten done with my makeup. I was trying to take off my socks. I wasn't paying attention and realized my leg was bent and my foot was on a chair and I was pulling my socks off. I couldn't believe it. I haven't been able to do that in 10 years. I am less than two months post op. I have lost 42 lbs since before pre-op diet.
  4. I heard that one size in plus sizes is actually 2 sizes in regular clothes. This makes it harder to see results!

  7. I made the mistake of thinking I could eat Candy Corn and it would be ok. I ate 5. Oh my goodness gracious. Wrong!!! I feel so bad. Wow. I cannot believe it. How long does this last?

  12. I used to love Unjury Chocolate Splendor. After surgery it is way too sweet!!! I need something that isn't super whey sweet. I can't keep them down. Anyone have suggestions? I need something else.
  13. Try the injury chicken soup. It is pretty good and warm! Just don't use too hot of water or it gets clumpy. I will my with boiling water then add a splash of cold water- not much. Then stir. You can add Sriracha sauce in it to change it up as well.
  14. My physician has said 0 about this. They monitor everything. They are very thorough. I just am not sure why they won't tell me what my goal weight is. Did your doctors inform you of your goal weight? When?
  15. I actually called the doctor today. They want to put me on a sleeping pill.
  16. It is such a relief to hear from you all. I actually took a nap and I have been a non-sleeper since birth. I cannot wait to feel normal again!
  17. My bariatric surgery was September 28, 2015, which was three weeks ago. I really get worn out easily. If I go somewhere I have to come home and rest. Is this normal. I have lost 26 pounds so far. Thanks for your wisdom on this.
