  3. Take a breath and relax. Your weight loss will fluctuate. As long as you take your vitamins, eat your protein and drink your liquids--you'll be fine. Don't be discouraged when you don't lose as much as you think you should lose. As long as the scale keeps going down, you're going in the right direction.
  4. I waited about six months and found out shortly that my tolerance was two drinks tops. I'm a year out and still haven't had a beer. I would avoid carbonation and alcohol for at least six months. Just remember everything in moderation. Alcohol has no nutritional value, so it is best to avoid it if you can.
  5. I waited six months. Went on all inclusive, so it was hard not to drink. I learned that my new limit was two and to make sure there was a lounge chair nearby because it almost always put me to sleep.

  9. Sweat pants and track pants. It was depressing having to put back on the corporate garb after my disability ended.
