I have been overweight my whole adult life.  I eat when I'm bored, tired, depressed, happy... I have learned to eat a lot healthier over the years and have had some success losing wait but the pounds find me and brings along a few friends.  I love to cook and try new recipes or adap old favorites into lighter versions.
 
I hope that this will be a new chapter in my life and that I can gain control once and for all.  At 42 I still have a lot to live for:)
