  1. Hi all, I'm just looking for a little support on here.. I had my Lap-Band on the 5th May 2015 and so far have lost around 32lbs - (rubbish I know)!!! I'm really struggling now with my weight loss, it seems to have come to a stop? I'm following my diet plan religiously and going to the gym 4 times a week. I've had 2 fills already, currently have 4mls in my band. I really just don't know what to do for the best, I can't get to see my surgeon until October so worried that he will pick up on my little weight loss and think I'm not giving it my all. Can anyone help? Laura xx
