Sleeved 9/17/16 down 13lbs. Having the burps is the worst.. I'm soooooo ready for them to go away!!!! Taking gas x strips I can't see a difference. Lol

Taking this protein 3oz within a half hour... + 20oz of water, SF jello, broth, crystal light, SF ice pops( combination of the above) within 3 hrs is sooooo hard

I like Body Fortress.. Chocolate peanut butter and the vanilla I use as a base to make different kinds such as pumpkin spice (add real pumpkin puree) banana crème, cheesecake, peach cobbler, Apple pie. The list goes on...

After I got the news that was I approved for surgery I was nervous, excited and scared. Every emotion hit me at once. It was so bad I thought about canceling the surgery didn't know if I was ready for it now that it was really going to happen. 9/17 came and I said there's no turning back now... 3days out and I'm happy as fat kid with cake... Lol. Good luck everyone

Was sleeved 9/17 3 days out. Taking my liquids ok. Kinda hard to get 20oz of liquids plus protien shakes down. But I'm doing it. Lost 9lbs since my 2day liquid pre-op diet and today so I'm happy about that. Only pain I have is when I cough and the hole they took the rest of my stomach out of.. Still walking at a slow pace. Went in hospital on Thursday and was home Saturday.. Good luck to everyone. So ecstatic to be on the losers bench gonna be a battle but WE ALL shall get through it.. Be blessed everyone

I was sleeved on the 17 as well... (Hey sleeve buddies).. I peed soooo much. That IV made me use the bathroom INSANE AMOUNTS.. I walked a lot as well while in the hospital did a lot of laps. Day time was GREAT night time was the worst. Getting needles, checking vitals and changing or adding IV bags like ingot ZERO sleep.. Glad to be be home now.. Right now I have very minimum pain.. Hope everyone is doing well... WE ARE NOW PART OF THE LOSERS BENCH GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!

Well tomorrow is my BIG DAY.. 5:40AM I will be at the hospital.. Please send prayers for me I'm a nervous WRECK. Wonder how I'll be tomorrow.. See u guys on the losers bench... Blessings????????????????
