GOOD LUCK! I was banded 9/11/15 and the only thing that I can complain about is... I got thrush from the antibiotic they gave me during surgery and the shoulder pain which I think is from the port. If you need to chat I'm here -

I have not had a bowel movement and it's been six days-I assume I should do a stool softener or has it taken everyone this long? Oh man. Are you taking anything for it like apple juice or milk of magnesia. I think I'm going to take apple juice today just to get it started. Lol -

Hello all September 11th is my band date, and honestly I am not nervous or anything I am so ready! I started my liver shrink diet about 4 days ago maybe more maybe less. What should I do to make the best of my band and do you all have any tips for me. I need a accountability partner to speak with. Thanks!
