How is everyone doing on day 2 preop diet??? I'm surviving. The late afternoon is difficult.

I'm hanging in there on day 1 of shakes. I can have a small salad. Ate a few mini carrots and two slices of cucumber to harness my hunger today. Hint.... Drink shake and don't drink Water for at least an hour.... Helped me feel fuller

Unfortunately Cymbalta is an SNRI, not SSRI.

I'm having VSG and would like to know if anyone was on Cymbalta and how did you take this medicine post op? The capsule cannot be opened because it's time released.
