I work out 6 days a week and ride a bike which has helped with the skin, but I will still need surgery on thighs, stomach, arms, and my boobies. Lol.

Been a long while since I posted an updated picture. Everyone is looking amazing!!!

How tall are you? HW 385 SW 359 CW 326 (59lbs down!) Sleeved 10/5/16 I am 5'6". 41 years old

Feeling great. I am now 1 year and 2 months post op gastric sleeve. I was 330 or more in the before picture and my after, I was 192. Today I am 189 and still going!!! HW: 352! I ❤️ my tool

Ounces away from being down 118 pounds and I feel amazing. I work hard each and every day from waking up at 5:30 am Monday -Friday to workout at the gym, bike rides after work and on weekends, eating healthy and making good choices, as well and attending a weekly support group to connect and keep my head straight. I have a ways to go, but dammit I feel good!!!!

YOU look absolutely amazing! Any last minute words of wisdom for those of us getting sleeved this month? Any regrets? Thank you so much ????. The only regret I may have is that I waited so long to do it. I highly suggest you follow the plan and listen to your surgeon and nut. I also love attending a weekly support group. I'm surrounded by a group of individuals who know exactly what I'm talking about and what I am experiencing. Congrats and keep us posted. Can't wait to see your pics.

It's been awhile now since I have posted any progress. The first 3 are at my heaviest weight and the last was taken today!!! Down 105 total from HW and 82 from surgery 9/3/15.

Lost for words. Such an inspiration. Thank you for sharing.

Thank God for pictures. It's always hard for me to realize I have lost any weight when I look in the mirror.
