  1. I work out 6 days a week and ride a bike which has helped with the skin, but I will still need surgery on thighs, stomach, arms, and my boobies. Lol.

  4. How tall are you? HW 385 SW 359 CW 326 (59lbs down!) Sleeved 10/5/16 I am 5'6". 41 years old
  5. Feeling great. I am now 1 year and 2 months post op gastric sleeve. I was 330 or more in the before picture and my after, I was 192. Today I am 189 and still going!!! HW: 352! I ❤️ my tool

  7. Sorry to be a bug... My numbers are off. Started off at 218 and last weigh in 213.3. Says I have lost 2 pounds. [emoji15][emoji51][emoji5]

  11. It has worked for me in the past. I didn't do a full reset... Just the two shakes in the morning then a typical hi Protein dinner. Good luck. U got this
