  1. I was sleeved August 27th and am down 32 pounds from surgery! Congrats to every person on every pound lost! Am doing pretty well but have a hard time eating because overall disinterest in food. I am able to eat basically anything and am allowed carbs but am scared of them because that's what got me here!
  2. Thank you all for your supportive words. I had a really tough day I'm just really having a hard time with the soft foods because I have such head hunger and then the foods I can eat give me pain I get that my body isn't ready it just sucks. I cried today and said that I regretted the surgery. I don't think I really do its just hard. I was warned that the first couple weeks suck but it's difficult going through it.
  3. I am 9 days out and 10 pounds down. I'm having a hard time. My pain is not an issue but I miss food and have such bad head hunger. I crave foods that aren't even bad I want salads and avocado and grilled shrimp and it sucks that I can't just start a normal low carb diet. I feel like I made a mistake doing this. I can barely get my liquids or proteins down because even though I have bad head hunger I feel pain after one or two bites of something (I follow the food plan!) I just need some encouragement and positive words
