  2. I'm on my 3rd week. I had the gastric bypass. I was so sick of eating broth, & now get to eat yogurt, cream soups, cream of wheat etc I'm trying to still stay at the 200ML that the hospital was giving me. So far it's ok, some days I'm super hungry & other days I won't really eat all day. It's tough to not over eat. I notice I get really hungry when I'm cooking for my family. The smell of food I can't have really gets me. I notice if I eat my soups & drink my protien shake on time throughout the day, it's easier to smell food without wanting to give in. Now I just need to work on excersize, getting up & motivating myself. Good luck everyone
