  1. I agree - if I do just liquids for 2 days- I am full pretty quick after eating even yogurt- but it does kick start it again.
  2. It will slow down... Don't give up. I'm at a stall / I'm in my 11 month and my dr is hoping I can loose 10 more lbs. I working but not loosing now.

  4. I am 10 months out and down t 184 from 250. the problem is that I have been stuck at this weight for about a month now. Any suggestions on how to get over this stall. I am still getting my protein, drinking plenty of liquids. Any help will be appreciated.
  5. Pure protein shakes and bars are good. Other brands made me sick. They have chocolate and vanilla.
  6. That is fantastic.... Did you have any stalls of weight loss. I am stuck at my current weight. Any suggestions?
  7. You will do great... Make sure you have all of your liquids ready so when u come home you don't have to worry about anything.
  8. NO I have not had any issues. Pretty smooth so far. Still a learning process as to what I can and can not eat.
  9. It took me awhile to find a protein shake that didnt make me nausea, I finally found Pure Protein shakes. The chocolate is good by itself. The vanilla is good, but I sometimes put a piece of banana and blend it. Hope you have success in finding one that works.
  10. I had gastric bypass in Jan 2015. My starting weight was 250, and I am now down to 184. Part way to my goal. I made this hard decision after my diabetes was out of control. I was on the insulin pump, and just was gaining weight. I have 2 children and knew I wanted to be around for them. 4 day after surgery, I was off my insulin pump and now 7 months after surgery, I only give my shots if necessary. I have only had 3 insulin injections since surgery. My blood sugar is now in the 80's or below. I am very happy with my progress. But still have some work to do.
