  1. It's kind of crazy how each dr recommends different things but I've been taking the gummy woman's one a day for a week already and I've been fine and they taste great
  2. I've been also eating pretty much anything (healthy) lol (sleeves aug 5th) my dr told me it was alright since I haven't been able to tolerate protein shakes at all since surgery. He didn't seem to worried about it. I also have a problem with the Bariatric advantage chewable vitamins I would get so nauseous my dr said woman's one a day gummies are fine to take
  3. 17 days strong ???????????????? I'm miserable !
  4. I had a tough time drinking water my dr told me I can have low cal Gatorade and sf drink mixes so I mixed them with water and it made me feel much better. Also ask your dr if you can have gas x strips they really help
  5. If your still in the hospital they should be giving you something for nausea,is it not working? It will get better I promise
  6. I'm 3 weeks out tomorrow I think what made me regret it was the pain and the thought of never being able to eat normal again. Once I was put on solids about 7 days ago (Drs orders) oh man did I feel better! I'm super happy and the pounds are just falling off!! You took the hardest step it get easier from here.
  7. Hey first off my husband is Portuguese and I know how good the food is!! You will definitely be able to eat it again that's a plus!! don't be scared it's an exciting journey to a better you, so many people would love the chance you have been granted. Good luck and congratulations !!
  8. Ugh!! I'm 18 days post op (surgery August 5th) I got my period on the 11th and still have it. Should I be worried?
  9. Hi guys!! Names Natalie also an aug 5th sleever ????????is that a word? Lol anyway my starting weight was 248 I'm now 223. so excited to start this new journey in my life.
