  13. I don't know if it's the same thing, but I feel that feeling when I've eaten too much or eaten too fast. That is my cue to stop eating. It doesn't take an hour, it happens right away.
  14. I had my surgery on January 6, 2016. My surgeon was Dr. Macik, and it was performed at Northside Hospital

  19. Hi Mary Ann, I've been to the Thursday night group one time and once to the Saturday group. They are very different, but both great. My work schedule changes next month so I'll be able to make it to the Thursday nights groups again. Hope to see you there! Jen

  23. Hello all, I was sleeved on 1/6/16 and stalled around week 3 for about 10 days. For about a week of that time, I had my period. I get my 70g protein and do 30+ minutes of cardio every day. I'm not very successful at hitting my fluid intake It was funny that I took one day off from working out and that seems to coincide with when my stall broke. It's been a week since that time and I've lost another 7 pounds.
  24. Hello all! Just found this forum. I was sleeved 1/6/16 and I'm on full liquids for a few more days. Glad to find you all here! I'm only down 17lbs in almost 4 weeks. It's a little discouraging. Look forward to getting to know you all! Jen 42year old sleever from Atlanta Www.Sleevechick.blogspot.com
  25. Hi all! I was sleeved 1/6/16. I am still on full liquids until Wednesday when I move to purée. I go back to work tomorrow and feel a bit nervous! Glad to meet you all! Jen From ATL
