  1. I also had my sleeve done August 31. So far everything seems to going well i get in about 75-86 grams of protein of course 50 of it is protein shake. Ive lost about 51 lbs since surgery date.

  5. I think its a good idea.. I guess alot go through this process alone to have someone that really understands and helps as well as you help them. I think builds a really strong bond...

  7. Im 24 days post op ive lost 32 lbs but dont see it. I guess because of looking at the same image for so many years. I dont like to weigh myself to avoid disappointment. Am i over thinking this.??!
