  1. Morning All, I am the wife of the gorgeous unicorn (he really is a rare find!) Thanks for the comments and support - I really appreciate it (as does he). I have started blogging again - my previous blogs have been fod related, this one is not, yet, it will eventually morph into what I am making once I get past the liquid meals, but it is also what I am thinking etc etce tce. If you get bored it is http://aussiefoodiesjourney.blogspot.co.uk/
  2. Shudder! Prepping chicken, beef and fish stocks for the clear liquids phase, Will freeze in muffin tins then pop out and bad so that they stack. When I can add stuff I will run them through a nutribullet with oritein and veg so that they are smooth. Now a thai red curry I would do...but not a madras or roganjosh!
  3. Hi - I am having my sleeve on the 17th of September in London....nervous...plottig my broth and soup-making now so I can freeze lots so all I have to worry about is making sure when my husband is eating stinky curries I have something to resort to without killing him!
  4. Oh god I wish! Thanks for the soluble hint!
  5. Hi newby here, sorry if this has been asked before but I searched and couldnt find a response. My TOM is due the week post-surgery. At the moment I have to take painkillers every 2-4 hrs for the first 3-4 days of my period (it is that bad!) Now, obviously I cannot take tablets the first few weeks - and most painkillers need to be taken whole not squished. How do you ladies deal? I am UK based BTW. Thanks....4 weeks to surgery!
  6. Just sent a request to join the FB group - Thanks, Elisa
