  1. Oh nice. I hope if I lose a lot my insurance will cover skin removal cause I know I'll need it
  2. Do you plan on losing more weight? Why did you do an abdominoplasty so quick? Just wondering
  3. Wow that's encouraging!
  4. What was your start weight and where are you at now?
  5. I keep reading stuff online that the band to sleeve doesn't have as good a success rate as Virgin gastric patients that get the sleeve.... maybe I should quit reading stuff cause I'm getting a little discouraged

  7. Oh good. I have a desk job so might be walking around a lot
  8. Wow! Good for you!! How long since your surgery?
  9. Holy cow! 84 pounds in 3 months!!!! That's amazing!
  10. I would do the sleeve. Taking out the band after having years of restriction and then all of the sudden... no restriction, you WILL gain!
  11. That is AWESOME! it's good to hear that stuff cause when you have the band and it fails, you worry that everything else might "fail". Gives me hope!
  12. That's good to hear. I have had my band in since 2008 and have thrown up multiple times a day since so I'm worried there could be problems they find when they take the band out Friday. I was worried the sleeve surgery would be worse than the band since you have to be in the hospital for 2 days and have a drain and all that. Hopefully it's not! ! Won't have the sleeve done for 6 weeks after Friday.
  13. Yah the band is no good. Have heard way more bad stories than good ones
  14. Good! I think that's a good amount. So I'm just preparing my mind to live off of yogurt, cottage cheese, protein shakes, and whatever else proforma Protein. I'm not even going to try to eat carbs or anything else. 4 ounces is NOT much so protein it is...
  15. Sweet! How long have you had it and how much have you lost?
  16. Yep it changes everything. She's my world and I want to feel good and healthy! I gotta quit watching YouTube videos and crap cause it freaks me out
  17. Yah I am worried about that. That I won't lose a bunch of weight cause I'm used to restriction. I gotta try tho. I have a husband and a 1 year old daughter and I'm not ready to have heart attack or something deadly. I want to play with her and have energy!
  18. Just gonna try REALLY hard to stay away from the sugar and carbs. I was telling Pinkgirl, that it seems sometimes that's all I can eat for some reason. .. is sugar. But I'm determined to get this weight off. Started at 360 went down to 260 with the band and then back up to 290. Want to lose 145!!
  19. Do you work out a lot wishful.shrinking?
  20. Yep stay motivated to get it out. It will be worth it.
