  1. It is the topamax!! I was on it for migraines the the bariatric dr increased it to help with weight loss. When I cut my dose back, the weightloss slowed down. You can always eat more carbs, but you may want to see if your topamax is too high. I was taking 50mg once a day to control migraines. When it went up to twice a day, the weight started falling off. Start there with your dosage.
  2. I am on iron supplements and these are the culprit for me. My bowels move maybe once or twice a week. Usually just once. Babywipes help get you clean, but don't flush them. I had a plumber tell me not to flush even the flushable ones! Increased liquid helps, and for me, coffee with creamer or cream and sugar. For some reason that makes me go. The dr office said it was the warm water but hot tea doesn't work. So it is something about that combo that does the trick. I was dying for the first 3weeks or so bc of no caffeine, decaf coffee wouldn't do it either and black coffee doesn't do it. Good luck!!
  3. I became constantly cold and found that my iron was low. I always got cold easy, but I became chilled to the bone in the middle of summer. My iron was the culprit. Rule that out.
  4. No sex for 3 weeks after surgery here.
