  1. I have continued my coffee every moeni g and my hazulnut creamer.....i can give up a lot but not my coffee lol I use splenda though always have.....

  3. Thanks. I go in for my first fill tomorrow, Im a tad nervous.
  4. Mine has improved. I have cut back on my eating and i jave been listening to signals so I stop eating when i dont feel hungry or full. Im a little nervouse i go in to get my first fill tomorrow.
  5. Thank you very much for the ecouraging posts. It is good to know i am not alone.
  6. I was banded on August 6, 2015 and i have my days when I begin to wonder if I did the right thing. My weight loss has slowed doen it feels like and I am concerned that im able to eat to much. Anyways most days i am happy with my decision to be banded and i know it was neeed. I love this app it is nice to feel a sense of belonging.
  7. I have been over doing it on my eating i think. I have lost 19 lbs total so far and i go in for my first fill on Sept. 1st, 2015. I have had a couple episodes where i ate to fast and it came back up but now i have pain right between my breast that goes through to my bacl. Im a little worried i may have messed something up.
