  1. I'll receive information from my NUT @ 6 week appt. Went thur hiatal hernia program which doesn't provide a surgical team. I will receive all the information at some point. Not in the same Manner as others.
  2. I thought NUT was nutritionist. I do have my written plan. However, cottage cheese isn't on the post op side. I was just wondering.
  3. 9 days post op. Without a (Nut)other than full liquids. I could have cottage cheese pre op. At what point can I have it returned back into my diet?
  4. A Hematoma, was my issue this morning thank God. Although, I now added another procedure to my daily routine packing my wound:mellow: I'm truly happy it wasn't more severe. Went to the surgery center the doctor drained it and showed me what to do.
  5. I know I'm not getting enough flud. The ice pops help with the taste.
  6. I have a strange taste in my mouth also my incision stated bleeding should I go to the hospital?
  7. I'm staying way from fruits for awhile. I haven't had a [Nut] yet due to the type of program I used to obtain my surgery. I'm winging it. No daily calorie intake information just full or Clear Liquids. Although, I sure I'll receive more info @my two week appt. Also i received a call stating that I will most definitely have one at my 6 weeks appointment. So for now I'm listening to the people on here^_^ I thank you!!!
  8. I love this site!!!! I would be lost without. However, is there anyone from Atlanta or surrounding metro area on this site that can give me info on actual meet up group for WLS Travelers.
  9. Yes this is my 1st day on full liquids. I didn't think I was reading correctly but (yes)it said no sugar added fruit smoothie with Protein powder I honestly don't want one now...Just eating and drinking what I'm allowed is a job at this point.

  11. Did 20min on the dreadmill today. I actually like that better than walking outside for the moment. I would like to try the elliptical...too but I'm sure I'll need clearance for that.
  12. I'm only one week out. I was think the same thing about my water intake.
  13. When can I get on the dreadmill? Does anyone know I've been walking. But just in case it rains I still want the option

  15. If you're referring to Baylor surgery centers in Richardson Tx. I did use them. True Results. I also used the HH route. They know their stuff pretty good. However, I needed a little extra time in the hospital. Everything is a perfect system. The patients that I seen go in everything worked well for them(from what I seen) Im sure you'll be oaky. If you have a low pian tolerants it might hit you harder after surgery them most. Make sure you take the pill for nausea they ask you to take before surgery.

  20. What is going on? I have coughing spells as this happen to anyone else. It hurts like hell and I feel I'm going to bust my staples.
