    Hang in there - I feel the same way inspiration will come to you. I have been using you tube to exercise I walk with Leslie sanson - kids in bed and I use that time to walk . I try and prep on Sunday's for the week as well. I am 7.5 months out and am in a stall - I continue to do my best that is all you can do Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
