Hi Kaleigh! I'm 25 was sleeved 11/5. HW for me was 346 SW was 324 CW is 289. I personally am noticing some loose skin on my lower tummy. If I continue to lose as I am, I will eventually need to have some sort of surgery with it. As you said everyone is different. I will b honest I beat myself up mentally some days that I haven't lost more yet, but my dr said it's normal, and I'm right on track. Good luck!

I'm struggling with this liquid diet! Not even that I'm hungry u just have an oral fixation and need to chew something or suck on a hard can't & I'm not aloud. It's driving me insane!

I'm in PA. Time sure is flying. I was nervous and think I drove the insurance company up a wall since Friday lol. My employer is trying to give me a hard time with taking time off, so I needed to know asap. I'm trying to collect everything, including my thoughts. This has happened so quickly, I made the decision mid September I needed to make the change and it's already here! Good luck!!!

@@AllisonK1986 - I'm actually not in sc. I'm in PA. My husbands employers is based out of NY. We did have BCBS of Rochester but they switched, or got bought out and now we have this one.

@@OKCPirate thank you! I was so excited bc I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket due to my deductible and max oop being met. I'm going to cross my fingers and say that if it doesn't go through, there was a reason for it. Then keep on trucking along for the next few months.

Well today is the day my papers were submitted to bcbs of sc. Scared, excited, nervous all at once. I'm trying to not get my hopes up in case I get denied, but I'm thinking positive. When the surgeon ran my insurance it stated I only needed 2 supervised NUT appointments, when I called they told me 6 months. Idk let's see how this goes.

@@Kathy812 thank you so much for your response. There was nothing in the coverage that says there can't be any weight gain, I did check. I'm also sure I can lose it before I go to my last preop appointment on the 14th.

That's awesome! I can only hope for the same amazing results! Good luck on your journey through. Is there anything I should know maybe to help prepare me mentally?

Hi everyone my name is Jennie & I'm new to the app & the process. I've been looking through posts on here which has pushed me to want to look into it more & I went to the seminar tonight. I will be making my appointment with the surgeon tomorrow morning. I have to say I'm quite excited to do this. I have 2 babies I need to be healthy for. Even though I have support from tm husband the way you guys support each other on here is amazing and I feel the little extra will help me along the way! Can't wait to start this journey knowing I'm not alone!
