  1. Easiest part after surgery! It doesn't bother me at all. The funny thing is the looks from others when I say "no I don't want a drink". "Nope not even water"!!! It is comical! Bothy hubby and my 9 yr old son have stopped drinking while eating, for the most part. I don't even miss it. I thought I would but nope. What I do miss..... Chugging! Silly I know. I am 8 months post op and still sip.... Sometimes after a workout I'm so thirsty all I want to do is chug a big ole bottle of water and then..... Bam!!! It flys right back up and I'm quickly reminded that I have a new pouch! Hahaha. Good luck with your surgery let me know how your doing!!

  3. Oh my goodness! If I did't know better, I would have thought I wrote this, I am 7 months out and seemed to have lost my MOJO. I got on here tonight looking for support and a kick in the butt! I think I have found it! I need a partner too! Someone I can tell that I have or have not been good with out judgement but will put me in my place. I keep saying I'm gonna walk tonight... then I find every excuse in the book not to. I even stopped wearing my fit bit... cause it showed me I was doing NOTHING! I would love to join you in a new journey to kick start my life back on track. Thank so much for posting! Lena
