  1. Most of us have those same thoughts. And honestly I still worry about if I'm going to lose more if this stall is it for me. I really didn't tell people I was having surgery because I was ashamed I couldn't lose the weight myself. But one thing I can say is better now than never. Who cares how you lose it or how you gained it as long as you do your best moving forward.
  2. Oh my Lord 106 lbs!!!! You rock!!!!!!! This is so inspiring! I was just getting a little down on myself today, thinking why do I have to cut away 80% of my stomach to control my weight/health. How I've failed at this weight loss thing so many times. I'm also thinking what if I die - should I do this?! I'm getting scared! But the odds are on my side and I know in the long run it will be worth it! Deep breaths!
  3. Hey chavezmommy I doing great and lot of stalls. Ups and downs but no real set backs or compilations. I'm 106lbs down and stalling again. Best thing I've ever done.

  8. So happy for you. Keep up the good work!
  9. The only thing that works for me is milk of magnesia. Take the full cup and drink warm tea or water and less than an hour you'll be going. I can't go on my own either but this always works.
  10. I was sleeved on the 27th I gained 10 lbs of water in the hospital. I lost that and 14lbs. Not that happy expected more.

  13. I was three weeks on Monday and have lost 10 lbs of water from the hospital iv's that I gained there and 16lbs after that. But my weight loss is very slow. I find it hard to take in the calories the doctor wants me to. And my first two week I couldn't get much in. Anyone else having this problem?
  14. Update. I'm home and it's day three. I'm drinking more because what's weird is you pee is brown for a couple of day so now that I've been drinking more it clear. That mite be tmi.lol make sure to walk walk and walk some more my gas pain went away because I walked alot in the hospital. I'm sore but not in alot of pain still nausea but I take meds before trying to drink anything other than water. Make sure to do the breathing exercises the last thing anyone wants it chest pains from pneumonia. All this is temporary so keep your heads up and everything will subside eventually. Go luck guys!
