  1. Had my surgery with Dr Stalin in 2016. He did a good job and his team was awesome and helpful. Highly recommend the facility. I don't think he is there anymore though
  2. I have been sick the last two weeks with nausea and vomiting. I had to get liquid reglan and dissolving zofran to help. Doing a bit better but still mainly on liquids though I have had some cottage cheese and cream of wheat. Nowhere near protein levels I need or calories. If it weren't for drinking milk I wouldn't be above 200 a day. Looking forward to feeling better and getting back on track. Down 35 lbs since surgery
  3. July 6th for me. Down 25 lbs so far. No pain. Very little nausea and vomiting. Usually when drinking too warm of water or taking meds
  4. I told everyone via Facebook. I did it because my mom did medical weight loss a number of years ago and when she lost quickly ppl started rumors she had cancer and or HIV. Didn't want that stupid crap said about me. I also told ppl to keep silent if they can't support me. Everyone was really supportive but I get why you want to control it. If it weren't for my mom's experience and my history of cancer I would have stayed quiet.
  5. I did no sugar added carnation instant breakfast with skim milk. Was less thick and less sweet to me.
