  1. I am seven months post up and have been sick on and off since November. I've had strep throat twice and now currently a sinus infection. I am a high school teacher and I know kids are always sick, but I just can't shake this. Anyone else in the same boat? Any extra vitamin supplements to strengthen my immune system? Thanks!
  2. Hello! I need advice. I have been a type 1 diabetic since I was 16 on insulin. Since my gastric sleeve last summer I haven't taken any insulin (crazy right). I'm 8 weeks pregnant and taking long acting insulin at night only to wake up at 48-70 blood sugars. And then having to treat them with sugar (makes me so sick). Anyone have a similar story to share or who takes insulin?!? Thanks!

    Immune System Down?

I too am a teacher. I have had strep throat twice since November and currently I have a sinus infection. I am 7 months post op. My doctor tells me to get protein, stay hydrated and to take my vitamins. It's rough but summer is just around the corner
  4. A few questions: what was your insulin regime like before surgery and how has your insulin changed since surgery? Thanks!!!!

When is popcorn OK/safe to eat? I'm six weeks post-op with no restrictions. Thanks!
  6. I am one month post op and I have started taking Centrum multivitamin twice a day as well as Citracal calcium supplement. However, these pills are huge in my small stomach pouch. I was taking two children's chewable and was OK with them. Anyone have any suggestions for adult chewable? Thanks

    Need Vitamin Suggestions

Jands, it says the adult dose for Flinstone Complete (has to be the complete kind) are two a day. That is what I take as per my dietitian. Also it does have the right amount of iron too. I compared it to Centrum for adults and it's basically the same thing just in chewable form. Hope this helps

    Hate chewable multivitamins!

I had a really hard time with vitamins. My dietitian recommended from GNC and it tastes so good for calcium citrate (orange flavor). I also take two chewable flintstone complete multivitamins daily.
