I had a moment like that at a resturant with my husband I had 3 shrimp and I was done while I waited for him to finish his meal ..I teared up and said going out to eat is not gun anymore I am 4 weeks out so still cant have all foods yet ..He just told me to remeber the end result and how healthy and happy I will be once I am skinny .. Glad he supports and helps me remember the big picture..

when was your surgey?My surgery was June 12. Ok I see mine was August 4th so not in the regular food stage yet ..but looking forward to it as it is frustrating to go to the resturant and have not many choises

Wow I am 4 weeks out and cannot have half the stuff you are eating ..I get oatmeal,cottage cheese,beans fish and can now start soft veggies .. the rest of food is in different stages

I was having an issue with my nerve in my back could not wash dishes standing up now 4 weeks post op no more pain down a total of 38 pounds

First of all your not a faliure I am 4 weeks post op and have only lost 17 pound since surgery I have had 2 stalls so far I have a journal and logg everything and my loss has been way to slow for me .. But everyone talks about stalls so I am only weighing once a week now . Try to keep busy and not look at the scale everyone looses weight different depends on age weight etc according to my Dr believe me I am frustrated as well but our body has to adjust to the changes ..It takes time

I learned to dance all those lol as my hubby is from mexico ..Love Zumba as well ..

I am 4 weeks out tomorrow and last night I had pain on my left side then shooting pains same side really wierd .Has anyone else experienced this at 4 weeks?

Went out to plaza de toro and orderd 4 grilled shrimp with a side of white queso ..waiter looked at me funny as it was so little ..He comes back and brought me 7 shrimp because they were little .I ate 3 and brought home the rest ..took my wayer to go I am 4 weeks post op tomorrow

I would asume that it shrinks up pretty small since no food os passing thru it

Just bought the fiber gummys to see if that help dr said should have a bm every 3 days if I geel to full only milk of magnesia works for me

After surgery that happened to me I would sip and its like my intestines were rumbeling all the time ..After a while it finally quit I am almost 4 weeks post op

Something wierd is happening I cannot finish my protien shake of 11 oz in an hour I get to full and could only eat about and oz and half for dinner this started last night any ideas of what going on?

Thats normal with all the gas and liquids they put in you I had gained 9 pounds
