Carb question
I am 5 weeks out today and my carbs have been around 30g a day. My nut wants me at 60-80g a day. I'm a little scared but I want to be successful long term and have a sustainable diet. I've read so much about people not eating bread, rice, cereal, etc but my plan calls for 2 servings of grains per day. Do any of y'all eat grains and did you start this soon out?
