  1. I am also hoping for a December surgery date. I saw my pcp last week. He referred me. I should start the 12 week options program (Kaiser) sometime in August. I can't have the surgery as soon as I finish the program because it is my busy time at work. I am 5'4", 240. I have 3 kiddos, 4,3,1. I am also a healthy obese person. My blood work is flawless. Congrats to you on taking this step! I'm sure we will both make amazing progress :-)
