  3. This is some of the best advice that I have read so far!!! The fact that it somewhat pertains to me as well is very encouraging!!! So I thank you as well ????
  4. I kind of feel weighed down and sick if I eat more than 3 times. Especially with all the water I'm drinking.
  5. Thank you. The weight is slowly coming off but im wondering if it's a bit slower cause I'm not eating 5 times a day and my metabolism is slowing down. Just my thoughts anyways but I appreciate your advice thanks
  6. I was sleeved on June 13 and prior to my surgery I was only ever eating 3 meals a day. Now that I can finally incorporate solids in to my diet, I can't seem to eat the recommended 5 times a day. It's just too much for me. Is this okay? I drink my protein shake in the morning and try to incorporate lots of protein at meals but other than that, it's vitamins and water for me. Not sure if I'm okay to proceed like this or not. I eat slow and am not over eating (except one time and boy did I pay for it) I just don't want to screw this up!!
