  1. @@Ginny24 how did the sleeve procedure go?? I too am looking into the procedure with Dr Watkins or Curry.
  2. @EnglishDan this is awesome news! Contrats on your progress thanks!
  3. I'm considering the sleeve as well and have found Tricare doesn't cover. I'm very leery of MTF however if it's free that at least makes me want to explore it! Do any of you know if Wright Patterson in Dayton ohio does the procedure? My PCM is off base...tried calling base no one knew and could figure out where to transfer me. So wonder if that means they don't.
  4. @EnglishDan This is awesome news! I too am considering the sleeve! I live in Springboro and Im considering Dr Teel's office as well! I haven't had an appointment with them yet, but rather I have done a consultation with a Dr. Finnell in Wichita Falls Texas where we moved from. I have a friend who had surgery with him so I felt a trust there. But I really don't want to travel back to Texas to have the surgery. I am really thinking of doing a consult with Teel and proceeding in Ohio. Sounds like you are happy with the results and his work, support etc? How much assistance did you need after surgery...I have a 7 year old boy and my husband works so he could take couple of days off but aside from that we don't have family in this area. That is another reason I considered going back to Texas since I have family in that area and the friend that had the surgery and knows what to expect for me. Thanks for any information in advance! Have a great week!
