  7. You guys have been such a great help but since I'm always on the go I found premeir protien shakes ALOT better tasting and convenient for me thanks everyone you're all amazing I wish all of you the best on your journey so far I'm 50 pounds down I just hit my fourth month and I feel great except for the hair loss I think I could do with out that
  8. Yeah I've tried literally everything but man healthy stuff just doesn't taste as great
  9. Ok so I laid off the special K protein shakes because obviously it's trash... O started on the whey protien shakes it has 32 grams of pure protien and only has 1 gram of Sugar... Omg this stuff tastes like crap it's so gross but I guess I have to deal with it in order to get my 60-70 grams of protein a day... Does anyone know what else is out there that doesn't taste as bad.... Man this surgery is really kicking my but I'm trying so hard to go by the book.... It's just so hard????
