  1. I bought these small disposable containers with lids that you usually get salsa in at restaurants- they sell them at target and they help me with portions- I measure out my yogurt, tuna etc for the week that way I see what I eat and it helps with lunches etc
  2. Thanks for all the support! Today I woke up with a new determination and exercised extra hard...after cheating I've realized that there will be a million life events and I need to really learn how to handle them...this has probably been the most difficult part of this surgery.
  3. I'm dying that I cheated already 3 weeks post - op It was daughter's adoption party and I grazed the entire day and didn't feel so full so kept grazing! Being stuck doesn't help my mindset either- has anyone done this before- what do I do now ?? Feeling so ashamed!!
  4. My doctor has anyone who has a gallbladder take medication called ursodiol for 6 months to prevent problems did your doc prescribe anything like that?
  5. Hi I had my sleeve on June 10th with Dr.Wizman in south Florida . I'm 5'7" and weighed 231 pounds. I'm currently stuck at 214 and all the feelings that one feels after all the failed diets is returning to me. My family is waiting to see results quickly which adds pressure- each day they ask how much did you lose today? They're supportive but I'm feeling like a bit of a science experiment lol! I have one son and a daughter. It is my hope that my children will never have to feel like I did when I was overweight...although everyone said I was crazy to do the surgery, that I wasn't that fat etc., I did it for me. It's been one of the hardest decisions socially but I'm looking forward to the journey!
  6. My surgery was on June 10th and I've lost 18lbs and I've stalled big time! Have my 6 weeks appt at the end of July and I'm afraid to go to doc if I don't loose more ????
