  1. You look fantastic. Just like Miley Cyrus
  2. Meet miss Belle. Best hunting dog, master level hunt test, best friend in the world. If I can't finish my plate of food guess who gets it.
  3. Went jeans shopping today. Started at 283lbs waist size 44. Today 228lbs waist size 38. Feels great not to have to search for the largest size on the rack. Now just need a date that likes to run.
  4. The pageant queen is on the come back. You look wonderful!????
  5. My family is steeped in wrestling tradition. I took 3rd in state and went to national junior olympics in AAU freestyle. My cousin was a two time state champ and was an all American at the university of Minnesota. Cutting weight sucked.

  11. I can understand how you are feeling blue because you will never eat the same way as you have in the past. Food has been a part of our social lives for such a long time and it will take time to change the way we think about food. I have recently started running and fast walking at the gym and have met some supportive friends. A good workout and a shower after makes me feel so good. I hope you can start to find your new path as I have and find peace in your food funeral. The road has a Y in it now and you will need to choose which way to go. Are you on MyFitnessPal? If so my user name is retrievertrainer1. You can do this!
  12. The first three weeks it melts off. Don't be discouraged by a stall. It happens but you will come out of it and lose a good amount. Seems the body needs time to readjust from time to time

  15. Way to go Marcia! Glad you are doing well.
  16. Thanks SD. I have worked very hard to lose this weight. Some people think that having WLS is the easy way out. That is so far from the truth it makes me laugh. ????. SD let's see a picture
  17. Looks like roll tide goes to the final four!
  18. Anyone watching the series Fargo? The accent sounds just like mine. Funny????
