Cymbalta
I was on cymbalta and my Dr said the pill was so small he didn't see an issue with my taking it in its capsule form. Show it to your doctor and ask. Good luck!

When will eating become a positive experience again?
Yes for the first couple weeks I crushed all my meds in a spoon. It was a pain. After two weeks I went back to work and tried taking them whole and it was fine. No issues.

When will eating become a positive experience again?
Thanks for the info. I appreciate your letting me know it may just be part of the healing process. Your description is very close to the UGH feeling I always have so we will see what the Dr says.

- When will eating become a positive experience again?
Thank you! I will be seeing my Dr on the 23rd and will make sure to let him know.- When will eating become a positive experience again?
I was sleeved on 06/15 so it's been over one month. Eating still hurts my stomach and makes me nauseous every time. Drinking is the same but not as bad. Weight is coming off fine which I am so thankful for. Just a little concerned about why when I eat anything after one bite, it hits my stomach and pain and nausea are immediate. Is this part of the normal healing process?- I've fallen and I can't get up
Yes I was shocked by the pain. I had no idea it would be that bad. I was even questioning my decision of having the VSG. I too have a high pain tolerance and think I underestimated how I would feel due to previous surgeries where I was fine. The good news is that after a few days of walking around as much as possible the air dissipated and the pain subsided. For me it was all due to the air and wow I had no idea it could hurt that bad. Walk as much as possible. The first few days are the toughest. Good luck!!- June 8th sleeve...things no one told me
I had my surgery June 15th and saw my Dr one week later and had lost 9 pounds!- Back pain when eating and sometimes drinking.
Thanks! Yes I try and go very slow because the pain is awful. Today I could only take one bite and the pain was too much to even take another bite. My Dr. Said it was probably just excess air but hopefully it will stop soon.- Back pain when eating and sometimes drinking.
I had my surgeryJune 15th, 2015. Whenever I eat anything I get severe pain in my back and some up front also. Hits hard and then dissipates like air. Really hurts to eat and stops me pretty quickly. I'm on puréed food still. Is this normal?- Just got sleeved on Monday how long does the pain last!
I had my surgery 06.15.2015 and whenever I eat anything I get severe back pain. It's hits me hard and then dissipates. Seems like more air. Is this common? - When will eating become a positive experience again?
