  1. I had my surgery 07/08/15. I'm 22 pounds down. I don't really eat much, can't be consistent with my vitamins, and struggling to get my water. Just the thought of eating or having a protein shake makes me fill sick. I get a cramping feeling right under my chest. Any suggestions or help would be great. I try to keep a positive attitude but some days I just wish I could go back to be a normal fat girl and eat everything.

  3. I had GB July 8th and this liquid diet is killing me. My husband made chicken tonight and the house smelled amazing. I got a lil irritated and down. I can't wait for this stage to be over. It's hard to have a positive attitude when your miserable but I try my hardest and always remember why I chose this journey. Good Luck.
  4. Anyone know if it's safe to take Ex-Lax?

  6. I had my surgery on the 8th and I can move around pretty good. I'm having trouble with my shakes and staying hydrated. I just don't feel good and everything I think about eating or drinking makes me queasy. Also yesterday and today my emotions have been all over the place. I'm scared, maybe I can't do this.
  7. @MochaGryl thanks for the tips. I've made it to day 6. My doctor told me light soups are okay so I will definitely try it.
  8. I' on Day 4 of my pre-op diet and I'm emotional. I have a headache and everything they Okayed me to eat is sweet. I just want something not sweet and not cold. On a brighter note my pre-op is tomorrow. It's getting so close. Do any of y'all have any suggestions or motivations that's helping you get through the pre-op diet?
  9. I'm July 7th. Just started my pre-op diet today. It hasn't been that bad but I'm so hungry.
