I'm doing pretty good...adding new veggies everyday.... something totally new for me...but....i find that to accept (eggplant ) I added low fat feta cheese and on another occasion cheddar cheese ....kind of disguising the taste, in both cases it was an ounce of each. ...does this totally defies the purpose? ? I'm so confused about everything. .... also I feel that if I eat more veggies I will never make it to the amount of calories that I'm supposed to. .....

Hi! I flew and came back home 3 days after surgery. ....no issue at all. There are several people that drove also didn't have any problems.....they will pick you up either from the border (if you drive ) or the airport and they will bring you to the recovery house, the next day they will take you to the hospital. ...where are you from?

Wendy you will perfectly fine in Mexico. ...I was there about 3 weeks ago , also keep in mind that you will be accompanied by someone from bariatric pal almost all the time. You know of all the people that told me are you sure Mexico?, you know how it's there? They were 100% true Mexicans...oh well....I had an amazing experience with the whole team and dr. A

Hi! I can not stand protein shakes. I add génepro to my chicken broth...and take a yogurt that has 13 gr. Protein. ...can you give me ideas? I don't know what else ...I would like natural skakes...thank you

Hi! All I can tell you dr. A is the most caring Dr you will find, but besides that he is also a trauma surgeon which is very important in case of an emergency. In or group there are several patients that had revision done by dr. A Join our group....you will love it! ! Good luck Oh Dr. A does 2-3 surgeries a day.....

the Multivitamin I have is NatureMade, it has 18mg of Iron, is it ok, or should I get the iron separate? thanks

Hi! So glad you are here!!!! I had surgery July 30th, 2 days ago I was able to drink 64oz of liquids. I'm planning on start tomorrow on the full liquid diet. I need a little guidance Greek yogurt and cottage cheese are allowed? I make my own chicken broth with veggies, can I process it with little chicken and add more liquid for this phase? also should I add unflavored Protein to it? thank you!!!

I was just sleeved in Mexico by dr. Carlos Altamamirano.....surgery took a 1 1/2 hours by then I was already in my room with the Doc right next to me making sure everything was good.....he also does a leak test while in surgery.....

Dr. Ponce or Dr. Valenzuela.... and if I choose Dr. Ponce where should i go, he does surgery in a few places... I need help any input is greatly appreciated!!!!!! Thank you!
