  1. @hopalopa67 No, I haven't tried that one yet. I will check it out. Thanks!
  2. I was sleeved on July 8th as well. I am doing great. Today was my first day back at work and it went well. I am still on soft foods right now (eggs, Greek yogurt etc.). It is still a challenge for me to get all of my water in for the day. Yogurt is my go to first thing in the morning because it soothes my reflux. My weight coming off gradually. I've lost 20 pounds since surgery. No regrets at all!! Loving my sleeve!! ????
  3. Try Oikos Triple Zero; zero added sugar, no artificial sweeteners & no fat. It is sweetened with stevia and has 15 grams of protein. My favorite is Coconut Creme.
  4. Congratulations! Praying that all goes well. Don't be nervous just take it one day, one hour, one minute at a time. You'll be fine!
  5. @ - glad to hear that you are recovering without any issues. I was sleeved on the 8th as well. Each day gets better and better. I'm still on Clear liquids and I am able to get my liquids down without any issues. I haven't had any issues with nausea; however, right now I can't stand the smell of cooked eggs! I'm finding that the more I walk the better I feel. Right now I only need to take pain meds at night. Hopefully tonight I can go to bed without taking them.
  6. Well...tomorrow's the day!!! Got a lot of last minute running around to do; getting prescriptions filled, making sure I have all of my necessary vitamin supplements, GAS-X, etc. So excited!! (And a bit nervous!)
  7. Wow! You look fantastic! ????????
  8. Hi Neighbor! I'm in Atlanta. My surgery date is June 8th! So excited! ????
  9. Hello! My surgery date is July 8th! I'm excited and nervous all at the same time!
