  1. Just wanted to see/hear how everyone is doing, it's been a couple of months since there's been any activity on here. I finally passed the 100# mark -- a big milestone for me psychologically. The next is getting below 200#. Only 0.5 to go! Haven't been at this weight for over 20 years. Working out has been my new favorite thing to do to take care of myself. (I never thought those words would come out of my mouth!) I still struggle with fluids, seems like every day, make me feel too full, too fast. hair loss has slowed wayyy down. Stalls not effecting me as much -- I know the weight loss will continue as long as I keep doing what I know is best for me. Would love to hear where everyone else is on their journey.
  2. I would like to join in too, please Gpmasterson@msn.com
  3. You are such an inspiration!!! The hair loss is killing me too! I'm finally down 80#. How did Thanksgiving go for everyone?
  4. I definitely have had some stalls, especially after I went back to rigorous exercise and weight lifting with trainer. Frustrating, but I luckily haven't had loose skin yet! ???? My hair is falling out in clumps!! Any suggestions? Starting wt 304, cw 235. Ps The stalls have been at prior known "plateau weights" I've just increased my Water and Protein intake, make sure I'm getting enough calories, and I've gotten past them.
  5. Congratulations! ! My weight loss has slowed, but I keep trying to hit daily fluid and protein goals. Started back with trainer 3 times a week. Feels so good to move!
  6. Aaaaacccckkk! That's awesome! I keep getting stuck. Only at 55 pounds now.
  7. Congratulations on your success!! I've been stalled for two weeks--very frustrated! Doing everything "right", but still stuck. Ugggh!!
  8. Was doing OK with water and protein, but since back to work, can't get to goals. I'm frequently feeling sick, and that brick in my belly feeling.
  9. Hi. Got mine done on June 8th too. Had to stay extra day in hospital due to continued nausea, dehydration. Down 17 pounds, but stalled for past few days. A little freaked out, getting all water and protein requirements. Not slave to scale but using it to mark progress. Most plateau info I've seen doesn't happen this early. Ugghh!
