  16. Yes my doc also had me on 2 week liquid after surgery. And then said I may eat like normal just only enough as big as an egg. Nothing more. But he never said stay away from carbs and the bad stuff. I guess that's common sense. But.... Now baked beans aren't they high in sugar. And if u don't mind what ur highest weight. And current weight. Being u had your surgery a week after me I'm curious to see how we differ.
  17. Be strong you can get through it. I had my surgery on June 29. Although I have been able to tolerate foods. My emotions have been all over the place as well. I had regrets, but I also had to pray and realize that this was the best decision for my life. You can do it. Where are you located? Hello hun I'm from PA. I do believe that in the long run this is the best. What types of things are you eating. And how much. I can not tolerate chicken... Tuna is OK. And egg whites r OK. Cream of wheat is OK too. But we shouldn't have that.
  18. I feel like I'm doing good. Sometimes alot of regret. But most positive thoughts. Having trouble with what I can eat and what I can't. Lots of things turn my stomach. And lots are gassy. Had gb June 22nd
