  2. That's awesome !!! Looking good !! I'm 9 days post op and I lost already 23 lbs I'm hoping I keep dropping like that every month
  3. So my incisions are pretty sore and kinda itchy (guess from my clothing rubbing against it) what do any of you recommend for that or at least to help the incisions to fade nicely instead of scarring.
  4. Hello gastric sleeve family!!! So I have surgery June 5 so I'm 9 days post-op and I have to say it's getting hard with all these mind games my body be playing with me. So have any of you experience a cheat moment where you ate a piece of food and then your stomach like made you feel like a burning sensation and like for a moment like some one punch you to where it kinda got hard to breathe?? And another thing... I know I'm suppose to be on liquids but can some one give me some suggestions on what other stuff other than broth we can have as like a meal replacement ?
