  1. Hey all, I'm 4 months out from my gastric bypass surgery, and my weight loss has really slowed down. (I haven't lost any weight in the past two weeks). I was wondering if a plateau this long is normal, or if I might be done losing weight. Any thoughts?
  2. I had my surgery back in late April, and last week I had my first plateau of weight loss too. This week, I've started losing again. It might have nothing to do with your change in diets; it might just be your body taking a quick break from losing weight. Keep following the diet given to you by your doctor and nutritionist, and you'll be losing weight again in no time.
