  10. My dietitian encourages me to eat every 3 to 4 hours equaling out to about 6 times (3 meals and 3 snacks). she said it continuously keeps your metabolism burning. protein, veg, and carb for meals ;except dinner (only protein and veg., )and for snack, protein and healthy carb, but protein must be a low fat milk protein for snack.I hope that might help.

  15. Hello, I had my Gastric Sleeve Surgery on June 2,2015. My weight was 289 pounds when I started this journey. My weight the day of surgery was 269 pounds. My weight today is 259 pounds. I am super excited, but my head hunger is already back, and has me extremely nervous. I am drinking 60 mLs of water every 15 minutes. I meeting my 64 ounces of water on most days without a problem, but I have been reading that everyone else is having a difficult time getting it in, so I am wondering am I over filling my pouch??? I am excited that I found this support page because I am in need of support. It is amazing how much food has controlled my life, but it is time for a change. Now with this fresh new jumpstart, I must control this hunger. I cannot let it control me.
