  1. If you were prementrual that can add a few pounds of fluid retention. There are many good responses here for you. I am 3 months post-op. One of my suppot buddies reminds me to check out how my clothes are hanging off me and my empty closet as I remove the clothing that is too big. I'm sure there are many of us who had those smaller sizes we were wishing someday to fit back into. Well guess what soon you will be donating those clothes too! Stay focused on following your nutrition and fluids needs not on the scale. You will be successful if you follow uour plan. Remove "cheating" from your vocabulary!
